My name is Katherine Dayton but everyone calls me Kat. I grew up in a small town in North Carolina named Fuquay-Varina (pronounced _______; good luck with that) and was raised by two very smart, left brain parents. They were incredibly supportive (although shocked) when I said I wanted to attend a private, liberal arts college and major in fine art. It became the perfect set up to allow me to thrive in the world of catalog, retail and editorial design as well as a slew of leadership experiences. I couldn't be more thankful for the experiences and the lessons I have learned along the way.
